1. Introduction and Acceptance

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs the legal relationship between the TOEFL Master application ("App") owner and all users ("User") who use the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Service Description

2.1 App Features

TOEFL Master is a vocabulary learning application designed for students preparing for the TOEFL exam:

• Flashcards: 100+ leveled TOEFL words
• Quiz Modes: Quick quiz, fill-in-the-blanks, level tests
• Progress Tracking: Learning statistics and success tracking
• Multi-language Support: English, Turkish, Chinese, Spanish

2.2 Service Scope

• Free basic features
• Premium subscription options
• Offline usage capability
• Multi-device synchronization

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Security

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Ensure password security
• Be responsible for account security
• Report suspicious activities

3.2 App Usage

• Use the App for legal purposes
• Respect copyright laws
• Do not harass other users
• Do not compromise App security

3.3 Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking: Attempting to bypass App security
• Bot Usage: Using the App with automated tools
• Fake Account: Creating accounts with misleading information
• Copyright Infringement: Copying content without permission
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 App Content

• All word lists are under copyright protection
• App design and code are protected
• Logo and brand names are registered

4.2 User Content

• Users are responsible for their own content
• The App has the right to publish user content
• Inappropriate content may be removed

5. Payment and Subscription

14. Final Provisions

This agreement is subject to Turkish law and interpreted in the courts of the Republic of Turkey. If any provision of the agreement is deemed invalid, the validity of the other provisions continues.
