Terms of Use
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Membird mobile application. By downloading or using Membird, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
Membird provides English-learning content and practice tools for personal, non-commercial use. You must use the app lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s data, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
Subscriptions and purchases
Membird may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices and availability may vary by storefront and are shown before purchase.
Purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Restoring a previous purchase is available where supported by Apple.
Educational content
Membird is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, test score, or level of fluency.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them except as allowed by law or with permission.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Membird when reasonably necessary. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Contact and changes to these terms
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Membird Support page. We may revise these terms; continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
