This Privacy Policy explains how Word Battle ("the App") handles, collects, and protects user data.
Word Battle does not require user registration or account creation. Your game progress (unlocked realms, levels, stars, high scores), virtual in-game currencies (gold coins, gems, energy), and user preferences are stored locally on your device.
All in-app purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. We integrate RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage entitlement states. The developer and the App never receive, process, or store your credit card, bank account, or billing details.
The App may offer optional rewarded video ads to restore energy or grant emergency battle turns. Advertising services are provided by Google AdMob. Google may process device identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID) and coarse location data to deliver relevant ads and prevent fraud. For users in the EU and applicable regions, a User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form is displayed. You can manage or reset your tracking preferences anytime in the game Settings menu.
To improve gameplay balance, diagnose crashes, and enhance level design, anonymous gameplay events (such as level completion rates and session durations) may be recorded. These aggregated statistics are strictly non-identifiable and cannot be linked back to individual users.
Word Battle complies with COPPA and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13.
