These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Word Battle ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you downloaded Word Battle via Apple App Store, this license is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at Apple Standard EULA.
The developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and enjoy the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App's source code or game assets.
The App offers virtual in-game goods such as gems, coins, boosters, and starter packs for purchase with real currency. All transactions are billed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by the respective store's payment and refund policies. Non-consumable items (such as "Remove Ads") can be restored at any time via the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings or Shop.
All trademarks, graphics, character artwork, music, sound design, gameplay systems, and code within Word Battle are the proprietary intellectual property of developer Şafak Çavaş and are protected under international copyright laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
