Apocalypse Drive: Zombie Smash (“Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy rights of all players. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, and play our application across Apple iOS devices.

2. Data We DO NOT Collect

We believe in privacy by design. We strictly do not collect:

Personal identifying names, home addresses, or personal phone numbers.
Email addresses or device contact books.
Precise GPS location coordinates.
Camera, microphone, photo library, or biometric records.
Payment card, credit card, or bank account credentials (all purchases are securely handled exclusively by Apple Inc.).

3. Minimal Data We Collect & Purpose

To ensure smooth gameplay, prevent crashes, and synchronize progression, we process minimal, non-sensitive telemetry:

Device Hardware & OS: Operating system version, device model (e.g. iPhone / iPad), screen resolution, and graphics performance metrics to optimize framerates and prevent crashes.
Coarse Regional Location: Approximate country estimated from public IP lookup to display localized currency and default language settings. Precise GPS is never accessed.
Gameplay Telemetry: Level progress, distance driven, zombies defeated, virtual currency balances (Gems, Scrap), vehicle upgrades purchased, and error diagnostic logs.
Anonymous Player Identifier: A randomly generated pseudo-anonymous ID (e.g., usr_xxx) saved locally and to cloud Firestore solely to restore your progress across devices.

4. Third-Party Services & Technologies

The application integrates vetted, industry-standard game backend services:

Google Cloud Firestore / Firebase: Synchronizes anonymous game save documents and campaign milestones.
Google Analytics for Firebase: Aggregated anonymous crash diagnostics and level retention analytics.
Apple StoreKit: Manages in-app purchases through your Apple ID under Apple’s standard Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy).

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Our game is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe any personal data has been submitted, please contact us immediately to have it purged.

6. Player Rights & Data Deletion (GDPR & CCPA)

You retain full control over your data:

Data Deletion Request: You may request complete erasure of your remote cloud save document and associated telemetry at any time by emailing safakcvs@gmail.com with your in-game User ID.
Local Reset: You can wipe all local storage and offline progress directly inside the Game Settings menu.
