1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Apocalypse Drive: Zombie Smash (“Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the Game.

2. License & Apple Usage Rules

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to run the Game on any Apple-branded device running iOS that you own or control, governed strictly by the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. In-App Purchases (StoreKit)

• All virtual purchases (such as Gem Pouches, Scrap Bundles, Ad-Free Upgrade, and Titan Vehicles) are securely processed via Apple StoreKit using your Apple ID.
• Payments are charged directly to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation.
• Non-consumable purchases (e.g. Ad-Free upgrade) can be restored at any time on devices using the same Apple ID via the “Restore Purchases” button in the in-game Garage Store.
• Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple’s standard App Store refund policies.

4. Virtual Goods & Currency

Virtual items (Gems, Scrap, upgrades, wraps) have no monetary value outside the game, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and may not be traded or transferred outside the Game.

5. User Conduct & Integrity

Cheating, memory modifying, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation bots, or exploiting system glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All game mechanics, vehicle models, graphics, animations, sound effects, soundtracks, and programming code are the intellectual property of Safak Cavas.
